CalletsTM Sensation, Callebaut’s new chocolate pearls, have been awarded the “Ruban Bleu” in the chocolate category at the Europain-Intersuc trade fair in Paris. The “Ruban Bleu” award was created to support the confectionery, chocolate, biscuits and patisserie trades. Winning products must meet the following criteria: Sense of innovation and progress, knowledge of the market and value for money.
