Crème brulée with white chocolate

Ingredients:
1.25 dl milk
1.25 dl cream
75 g white chocolate
4 egg yolks
40 g granulated sugar
candy sugar for finishing

Preparation:
Boil the milk and the cream and take off the heat. Melt the white chocolate in the milk. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Pour the milk onto the egg mixture and mix in well. Fill oven tins 4/5ths full with this crème. Let it cook in a bain-marie in the oven for ± 30-35 minutes at 150°C. Sprinkle candy sugar over the cooled crèmes. Caramelise with a gas burner or under the grill. Decorate with an original chocolate decoration.
